1. MINUTES
The minutes of the September board meeting could not be approved due to lack of a quorum.
DRUG-FREE WORKPLACE POLICY
Motion (by Rebecca, seconded by Bruce): We adopt the policy as drafted by Lovel. The motion passed unanimously.
PROJECT MANAGER'S REPORT
Motion (by Bruce, seconded by Madden): We authorize Lovel to spend 20 hours on grant writing for the School to Farm project. The motion passed unanimously.
WINTER MARKET
Winter Farmers' Market at the school. The Ag Guild has received an anonymous donation to facilitate holding the Winter Farmers' Market at the school.
Motion (by Jane, seconded by Madden): We should accept the donation and facilitate use of the school for the Winter Market. The motion passed unanimously.
